The Paper Mill Pearl Powdered Pigment Pearl White 21g
Shimmery and soft like crushed pearls, our Pearl White Powdered Pigment will add a subtle shine when added to any surface! Simply mix with Pearl Mixing Medium to use wet through misters, refillable pens, ink droppers, bottles & brushes. Use as a dry powder by applying with brushes, sponge applicators or just rub it on! Not for cosmetic use. Mix with The Paper Mill Mixing Fluid to turn these pigments into acrylic paints.
